Prices for Pentax Lenses Go Up by 15-90 Percent 0
A few months ago, Sony revealed that they would be increasing the prices of all of their lenses priced from $20 to $700. The price changes were finally implemented on April 1st, and sadly, it was no April Fool’s day joke (like the F-mount Coolpix adapters and the RH-1 Wide Angle Lens).
Nikon has also implemented a few price increases of their own, hiking up the SRP for the D800 and the D4 in the UK by £200 each.
Now it’s Pentax’s turn to hike up the prices of their lenses, this time by 15 to 90 percent; which translates into a huge increase once you take a look at the numbers.
