Polaroid, the same 75 year old camera company that is known for instant imaging, has entered the extreme adventure arena with the XS80 action camera. And take this, it’s not their first foray into a category that’s dominated by big brands like GoPro. Last year, Polaroid released their first rugged shooters: the XS7, XS20, and XS100.
The newer XS80 comes with HD recording capabilities at 1080p and 720p, and VGA. It’s water-proof of up to 30 feet with anti-shake technology.
