In what seems a never-ending series of teasers by Olympus, which started with the “Oh My Goodness” campaign, they are back once again. And this time, it’s the first ever image of the rumored Olympus OM-D.
The guys at 43rumors.com claims that this is “the very first image that shows a detail of the camera.”
As reported before here in TogTech.com, the latest Micro Four Thirds camera from Olympus will feature a classic OM design, 16MP sensor, 1.44M dots EVF, new technologies to compensate AF and camera shake, magnesium body, weighs 425g, and comes in black and silver.
Olympus is set to announce the OM-D on February 8, 2012, which is much earlier than previously reported March released and also inline with the announcement of the rumored Pentax K-01 APS-C.
If you’re already hooked with all the hype surrounding the Olympus OM-D, be ready to hand over $1,100 when its released.
