New Soft Shutter Release From Japan Camera Hunter Announced 0

If you’re into film cameras and Japan, then you’ve probably already knew about Japan Camera Hunter, a site owned and maintained by Bellamy Hunt, aka Japancamerahunter.

It doesn’t matter if this is the first time you’ve heard the name. What’s important is that the guy has just announced new, shiny soft release buttons, which are “hand milled and hand painted to the highest  standard” by Hunt and his friend, Luke Satoru.

The soft release for camera shutters comes in two color choices, red and black. The buttons are made from brass and will fit on any camera release screw.

And because Hunt only made a small batch of the soft shutter releases, the first items were sold out immediately. So that means we’ll have to wait for the next batch to be announced.

By the way, the price for each soft release is ¥4,250 ($8.00 USD).
