Last month we showed you a head-to-head spec comparison between the Canon 5D Mark III and Nikon D800 DSLR cameras. If you’re still on the fence, maybe this 5D Mark II vs. 5D Mark III vs. D800 low-light video test will help you out.
The video is a candlelight/ambient light test that starts out at ISO 500 and ends at 25,600.
The settings are:
- Default/Neutral Color Profiles
- Canon ALL-I & Nikon KiPro ProRes 4:2:2 HQ
- Noise Reduction Off
- WB: 3200K
- Shutter 50
After watching the video, you probably already know which camera is worth every penny of your hard-earned money — unless, of course, you’re a hard-core fan of the other brand.[Fstoppers]
