Two years before Eisenstaedt died, he used the same Leica camera to take a photo of President Bill Clinton and his family in 1993. That was the famous photographer’s last shoot.

Whoever wins Eisenstaedt’s camera, is also going to take home his 50-millimeter f/2 Summitar lens and original VIOOH viewfinder.

The IIIa rangefinder camera is reportedly going to sell for around €20,000 to €25,000 (about $26,000 – $33,000). And yes, a signed copy of the iconic photo, which is expected to sell for around $20,900 and $23,500, is also up for auction the day before.
