Kessler’s $6,000 all-digital DSLR motion control rig 0

With the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) event getting closer, we’re already excited to see all the new camera gear in the event’s upcoming exhibit.

Case in point, for those digital filmakers looking for a new rig for theirĀ Canon 5D Mark III or Nikon D800, Kessler has introduced the Fusion–a computer-operated motion-control rig for DSLRs.

Basically, the Kessler Fusion allows you to shoot smooth camera movements with 3 axes of motion. One of the interesting features of the Fusion is that it can be controlled remotely with an iPad or iPhone device, and you can also adjust every setting of your shots via HTML 5 using just an internet connection.

If you want to take a look, Kessler is going to be demoing the Fusion at NAB 2012 in booth number C9848. And if that look turns into the desire to buy, the Fusion is going to see a limited release in May (full release in July), priced at the hefty sum of $6,000.
