Fujifilm is but one of the many companies that have been pushing out high powered DSLRs at affordable (depending on who you ask) prices. Today, one of their latest and greatest offerings, the X-S1, is now shipping with a price tag of $799.95. Before we dive into the specs make note that the people who have already received shipments, as shown below, are likely those that slapped down a pre-order for the X-S1. For everyone else, the camera should make its way to popular stores and other photography outlets over the next couple of days.
Anyways, the Fujifilm X-S1 features a 12 megapixel EXR CMOS sensor, 26x optical zoom, full 1080p HD video recording, optical image stabilization, the ability to create 360-degree panoramic images and to top it all off, a 3-inch tiltable LCD screen complete with Sunny Day mode that will, presumably, allow you to easily see the screen even on the brightest of days.
Again, the Fujifilm X-S1 should be appearing on your doorstep very soon if you managed to get a pre-order in, otherwise head down to your favorite photography outlet and grab one. If you are looking for an online outlet, Amazon looks to be still taking preorders but should have them in stock soon.
