Fujifilm, Globe-trotter launch $9,000 limited edition X-Pro1 suitcase 0

Here at TogTech, we love to share limited edition products–like the Leica MP, Pentax Silver K-5, Pentax 645D Red Lacquer, Nikon Gold DSLR Rigs, and the Fujifilm X100 Black Premium.

That’s why we present to you yet another piece of limited edition gear: the Globe-Trotter suitcase for the Fujifilm X-Pro1 camera.

This new exclusive suitcase is a product of Fujifilm and Globe-Trotter’s partnership.

Global digital camera brand Fujifilm is delighted to announce its partnership with luxury British luggage manufacturer, Globe-Trotter. The two companies have collaborated to create a limited edition, Vulcanised Fibreboard suitcase for the latest in Fujifilm’s coveted X series, the much-anticipated X-Pro1. The 12 cases are launching exclusively at Harrods Technology.

The limited edition suitcase is handmade at Globe-Trotter’s factory using Vulcan Fibre. It features tan leather trim, brass rivets and locks, and compartments for the X-Pro1 and its accessories.

If you’re the stylish and luxurious kind of photographer, then you won’t mind shelling out £5695 (or $9,000) worth of cash for your beloved X-Pro1. But if you’re the adventurous type that likes to go outdoors often, I think you might prefer the rugged Pelican case.
