Canon EOS M – Canon’s Mirrorless Camera 0
The Canon mirrorless camera has been rumored for a while but the specs, looks, and name of the camera have remained a bit of a mystery. Until now that is. Digicame-info have got their hands on a leaked image of the supposed camera which provide some clues.
On the top of the camera is the text EOS M which would make sense for a mirroless camera. The sensor size is still rumored to be an APS-C sized sensor like the the Canon G1 X. I’m still hoping for a full frame mirrorless entry from Canon but I’m not sure it’s worth holding my breath for.
The lens on the leaked camera is a EF-M 22mm f/2 STM.
The camera is rumored to be announced on July 23, 2012 – 3 days to go.
